HOW I THINK ABOUT HEALTH AND LIFE
Health is part of a bigger human story.
Medicine helps us understand the body. It also raises questions about the life we want to live. I developed these two frameworks to think about both: our health and the choices, relationships and experiences that give it meaning.
4D Medicine™: Thinking about care
Four questions guide this approach: What is happening now? What risks should we watch for? What care makes sense? And how can we support health over time?
Start with the person, not just a number. Diagnostics brings symptoms, history and appropriate tests into a clearer picture.
In everyday life: you feel unusually tired. Rather than guessing, you describe when it began and what changed, then discuss what deserves a closer look with your clinician.
A question to bring: What do we know, and what are we still trying to understand?
Prevention begins with paying attention before a problem demands it. It means understanding relevant risks and choosing realistic ways to care for your health over time.
In everyday life: you bring your family history and questions to a routine visit. Together with your clinician, you discuss which screening and everyday habits make sense for you.
A question to bring: What deserves my attention now, and what is one step I can sustain?
Care should fit both the evidence and the person. Treatment is a conversation about the options, their tradeoffs and the priorities you bring.
In everyday life: when a clinician suggests a treatment, you ask what it aims to change, what its risks are and how it fits your daily life. A plan becomes clearer when you understand the reasons behind it.
A question to bring: What are my options, and how will we know whether this is helping?
Health is an ongoing conversation. Renewal means revisiting what supports you as your needs, abilities and priorities change.
In everyday life: after a demanding season, you look again at rest, movement and the routines you can sustain. You discuss changes in your health with your clinician instead of expecting an old plan to fit forever.
A question to bring: What needs attention in this season of my life?
This is how I think about care at GeeVida Health. A person’s needs and priorities change over time, and care should respond to that. Every clinical decision still calls for an individual medical evaluation and a careful look at the evidence.

Dimensional Medicine™: Looking at the whole life
I think about a human life through four dimensions. Space is our body and surroundings. Time is the course our life takes. Signal is the information we take in and respond to. Meaning is what makes our choices matter. Together, they remind me to look beyond a test result and ask about the person living with it.
